Delete Your Account

You can remove your Sha account and the data tied to it at any time. Choose the route that works for you — in-app deletion is instant; email requests are completed within 30 days.

01 Delete your account from the app

You can permanently delete your Sha account and its data at any time, directly in the app:

Open ShaSettings → scroll to Delete account → confirm.

This immediately and permanently removes your account. There is no need to contact us.

02 Or request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@shasocial.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify the request is yours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

03 What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data associated with it, including:

  • Your profile (name, email, phone number, avatar) and login credentials
  • Your plans, ideas, votes, comments, and availability
  • Your friend connections, groups, and invitations
  • Notifications and in-app activity tied to your account

04 What we may keep, and for how long

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it — for example, transaction and billing records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. We keep such records only for as long as we're legally required to, after which they are deleted. We do not retain this data for any other purpose.

05 Delete specific data without closing your account

If you'd prefer to remove certain data — such as your activity history, transaction history, or uploaded photos — without deleting your whole account, email support@shasocial.com describing what you'd like removed, and we'll take care of it.
